It depends, on our Leve plan it’s completely free! If the seller comes to need professional photos taken by one of our photographers we recommend the Leve+ plan which has an associated fee of 250 EUR. For collections and more special requests please contact us via thisLink .

It is possible to submit the vehicle or vehicles by following this link. After submission, one of our specialists will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible, in most cases in two working days or less! If we accept your vehicle the advertisement will be created by the specialist based on the information you provide.

If you choose the Light plan where the Seller is responsible for photographing the vehicle, if the vehicle is accepted, it typically takes about two weeks until the ad is published. On the Leve+ plan and Tailored solutions it takes longer.

The transaction of a vehicle sold on HCA is between the seller and the winning bidder. Once the auction is over, both the seller and the winning bidder will receive each other’s contact information by email. We recommend that vehicles are paid for by bank transfer.

We choose which vehicles to list based on a number of factors including condition, quality of information, quality of photos, asking reserve price and similar vehicles currently for sale.

A reserve is the minimum price at which a vehicle will be sold. We work with sellers to set reasonable reserves and avoid vehicles with reserves that are not realistic. Reserve values are not shown in published adverts.

In the event of the reserve not being reached, the vehicle does not sell and the auction is deemed to be over. No commission will be charged to the seller. Should the seller wish, we can re-post the ad at no extra cost associated with it!

At the moment we accept to publish on the platform cars that are registered in EU member countries.

All our adverts have a comments section where we try to encourage the seller and bidders to have constructive discussions. This helps the seller to better sell their vehicle and the bidder to better understand what they are bidding on.

On the Leve plan we don’t charge registration fees, only on Leve+ we charge 250 EUR for photography services and on the Tailor Made plan you have either agreed with our experts. If the sale is successfully concluded we charge the following commissions right after the conclusion of the auction to the credit card of the seller.

Anyone who is registered on the platform and has provided all the necessary details, including credit card, can bid. Bidding is manual, the bidder writes down the amount they want to bid and presses bid. If that bid is outbid, you will automatically receive an email notification and you can bid again until the auction is over!

The 5% buyer’s fee is paid via the buyer’s credit card at the end of the auction. The transaction for the winning bid amount is between the buyer and the seller. At the end of the auction, the winning bidder and the seller will receive each other’s contact information by email. We always recommend that the vehicle is paid for by bank transfer.

The commission applied on a winning lot is 5% plus VAT of the winning bid for a given lot. They have a minimum of EUR 500 plus VAT and a maximum of EUR 7500 plus VAT.

When you bid, we place a hold on your credit card of 5% of your bid amount with a minimum of EUR 500 and a maximum of EUR 7500. If you are the winner of the auction, this retention will be converted into a charge. Otherwise, the retention will be lifted immediately at the end of the auction. Sometimes it may take a few days for your bank to release the funds.

We do not cancel bids on HCA, please be careful when bidding. If you bid and are the winner you are contractually obliged to buy the lot in question in addition to paying the commissions due to HCA.

We always encourage all bidders and potential buyers to inspect a car before placing a bid. If you wish to inspect or have a car inspected, you can use the contact seller button on the listing to contact the seller and arrange an inspection.

After the end of the auction, it is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to arrange delivery of a vehicle after it has been paid for and title transferred. HCA accepts no responsibility for this.
